Please include a short description of the issue. If relevant, include:

Your device model
Your operating system version
Your Spicy Sudoku app version
Whether the issue involves a puzzle, saved game, purchase, settings, or app behavior

Do not send credit card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment information.

Purchases

Optional puzzle packs and advanced control features are handled through Apple’s App Store purchase system.

If a purchased item does not appear, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If the issue continues, contact us and include the feature or puzzle pack you are trying to access.

Privacy

Spicy Sudoku does not require an account, has no ads, and has no subscriptions. Gameplay data such as saved games, progress, settings, statistics, and favorites is stored locally on your device.
